Getting Started with BeeThere Ambassador
Everything you need to know to start working with top brands
Download & Install the App
Download BeeThere Ambassador from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The app is free to download for all registered ambassadors.
- iOS 13.0 or later / Android 8.0 or later
- Active internet connection
- Location services enabled
- At least 100MB of free storage
Sign In to Your Account
Use the credentials provided by The Hive team to sign in. If you haven't received your login details, contact hello@beethere.eu.
- Enter your registered email address
- Use the password sent to you by email
Complete Your Profile
A complete profile helps match you with the best brand activation opportunities.
Enable Location Services
Location access is required for event check-ins. You'll need to grant permission when prompted.
To enable location services:
- iOS: Settings › BeeThere Ambassador › Location › While Using the App
- Android: Settings › Apps › BeeThere Ambassador › Permissions › Location › Allow
Set Your Availability
Let The Hive know when you're available to work by updating your availability calendar.
- Tap the Availability Calendar from the main menu
- Select dates you're available
- Set specific time ranges for each day
- Save your availability
Browse & Accept Events
Once your profile is complete and availability is set, you'll start receiving event opportunities.
- Check the Actions tab for available events
- Tap on an event to view full details
- Review the date, time, location, and requirements
- Accept events that match your schedule
Sign Your Contract
After accepting an event, you'll receive a contract to sign.
- Go to the Contracts tab
- Open the pending contract
- Read the terms carefully
- Sign with your finger on the signature pad
- Confirm your signature
Check In on Event Day
On the day of your event, use the app to check in at each location.
- Open the event details
- Tap the green "Check In" button when you arrive
- Allow location access if prompted
- Follow the step-by-step check-in process:
