Check-in & Events
To check in to an event, navigate to the Event Details screen on the day of your event. You'll see a green "Check In" button when you're within range of the location. The app uses GPS verification to ensure you're at the correct location. Follow the step-by-step prompts for pickup point, event location, and drop-off point check-ins.
If you're running late, notify your event coordinator immediately through the contact information provided in the event details. Check in as soon as you arrive - the app will record your actual check-in time. Repeated late arrivals may affect future event assignments.
Contracts
Navigate to the Contracts tab and select a pending contract. Review the contract details carefully, then tap "Sign Contract". Use your finger to draw your signature on the screen. Once you're satisfied with your signature, tap "Confirm" to complete the signing process. You'll receive a confirmation and the contract will move to your "Active" contracts.
Yes! All your contracts are organized in the Contracts tab under three categories: Pending (awaiting your signature), Active (signed and current), and Cancelled. Tap on any contract to view the full details and terms.
After signing, the contract becomes active and you're officially booked for the event. You'll receive notifications about the event details and any updates. The signed contract is stored in your Active contracts section for your records.
Availability & Schedule
Open the Availability Calendar from the main menu. Select the dates you're available to work by tapping on the calendar. You can set specific time ranges for each day. Green highlights indicate available days, while red shows unavailable days. Remember to update your availability regularly to receive relevant event opportunities.
Yes! Simply mark those dates as unavailable (red) in your calendar. You can also remove previously set availability by tapping on a green date and changing it to unavailable.
Profile & Account
Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation. From there, you can edit your personal information, contact details, languages, and upload a profile picture. Make sure to tap "Save" after making any changes. Your profile information helps match you with relevant brand activation opportunities.
In your Profile, tap on your current profile picture or the camera icon. You can choose to take a new photo or select one from your gallery. The app will automatically optimize the image size. Make sure to use a clear, professional photo.
